 It turns out i got s call from a realtor....for some reason he believes my propery i purchased was when I was minor as payment they might have put it in my mom's name since Inwas a monor...I only know of one property she wouldcof have owned under that name....the rest are under another.  Plus,  when you abproperty itvis a deed not a title...a title is for vehicles he said hevwould need to check the title ownership not deed transfer...to my name from  Canada
