Harlem Judgeship

A Harlem Judge took felonies of theft of food and made them misdemeanors with restitution to go to the grocery stores. They were illegal immigrants that could not legally work or qualify for government assistance or housing with cousins and children. The Judge represented the defendant because the cost of a pro bono lawyer is as much as a green card if not a lot more. So thier punishment is because the community service babysit the lawyers children to pay back the cost of representive. They are on a list for section 8 housing restitution to the store ten percent of thier income until it is paid off with a penalty and paperwork for insurerance of item of food stolen.
